TCExam è un Software a Codice Sorgente Aperto (Open Source) per esami elettronici (noti anche come CBA - Computer-Based Assessment, CBT - Computer-Based Testing o e-exam) che consente ad insegnanti ed educatori di creare, distribuire e gestire quiz, test ed esami. TCExam è attualmente il Software Open Source CBA più utilizzato al mondo; gli utenti TCExam includono importanti università, scuole ed aziende pubbliche e private. Il software è basato su tecnologie Web, indipendente dalle piattaforme hardware-software, e conforme alle linee guida W3C sull'accessibilità e l'usabilità per fornire le stesse possibilità alle persone disabili, inclusi i non-vedenti, automatizza tutte le fasi della gestione dell'esame, facile da usare e non richiede alcun particolare software commerciale o hardware specifico.
