ClamWin Free Antivirus 0.97.6

 

ClamWin Free Antivirus è un'interfaccia grafica utente (GUI) per il motore Clam AntiVirus das utilizzare su piattaforme Windows; per ora, non ha uno scanner in realtime: è necessario fare una scansione manuale sui files sospetti; ad ogni modo il modulo realtime può essere ottenuto integrando ClamWin con SpywareTerminator; le caratteristiche principali sono:
  • Scanning Scheduler
  • Automatic Virus Database Updates. ClamAV team updates Virus Databases on a regular basis and almost immediately after a new virus/variant is out
  • Standalone Virus Scanner
  • Context Menu Integration to Microsoft Windows Explorer
  • Addin to Microsoft Outlook

È un ottimo antivirus ultraleggero, indicato per i computer vetusti e meno potenti, peccato che ancora non include uno scanner in tempo reale basato sull'accesso ai file, è necessario esaminare manualmente un file per rilevare un virus.
