The latest vulnerability is the worm commonly known as W32.Blaster. Worm and its variants exploit the vulnerability in Windows NT kernel present in NT4 through Windows 2003 Server. The basic protection against to this attack is to block your TCP ports 135, 139 and 445. In order to do that start Admin Tool, go to Network Security tab, click on Low Priority Rules and choose 'Add Rule'. Specify TCP protocol with desired ports, incoming and outgoing direction, all IP addresses. In the Users and System check the checkobox assigning this rule to system processes. Save configuration.
