Peerguardian v1.99 Pr12 setup

A tempo di record è uscita la versione definitiva con installer della nota utility per la Privacy in rete e in P2P Peerguardian.
1. Tech support may be moving to methlabs.org
2. Building a development team may move there too!!
3. PG will be getting UDP support soon (Win2k/XP only)
4. Firewall APIs will improve performance (Win2k/XP only)
5. I'm considering adding a blocklist manager into PG.
(to allow lists to be imported/exported from/to other formats)
6. New PGIPDB submissions will be possible from the program.
7. The PGIPDB front-end is getting re-designed.
8. The PGIPDB itself will be re-designed to allow more refined filtering of organisation types.
9. Reporting invalid IPs will be possible via the application too.
10. The PGIPDB will once again be open 24/7.. although it will be PGIPDB2
